I have made many of your recipes and, perhaps the favorite is apple crisp. I’m about to make one for party tonight. I use a tart apple From a tree in my yard; not sure what its called but really nice for this desert. I’ve also used blackberries from my yard too using same recipe.
I used to live in Madrid and traveled all over Spain. One favorite dish is from Galicia called Fabada. Have you ever tried it?
