I made this for the first time tonight. ABSOLUTELY F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C !!!!!! I had leftover pork roast so it was perfect for the rice. For health reasons, I have to severely reduce the amount of salt in my cooking. For me, soy sauce (even low sodium) is just salt-tasting sauce. Instead, I always use a very low sodium teriyaki sauce. I find it has more flavor with ginger, garlic and some sugar. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. It’s excellent, and I have bookmarked it so I’m sure I’ll make it over and over again. Thank you so much for sharing
