I follow the recipe exactly as is unless I want more potstickers/bok choy in which case I add more water. Regardless it comes out fantastic! So delicious and comforting. It has become a staple in my house. My husband is not one to request special dishes and he will request this at least once a month. Absolutely perfect recipe!
