This turned out amazing!! However, I have a question…I used brown rice is trad if white..and wondering if all the brother should’ve been absorbed? I had a bit left at the end.

Made this last night and it was delicious. The only question I have is, is this considered a main dish or a side dish or both. I served this with chicken cakes (actually taste more like crab cakes) along with other sides. I will be making this again!

I accidentally bought the wrong type of ricotta, called “original”. It has the texture of cream cheese. I decided to give it a try and it worked perfectly and I did not need to drain it, just used it as is.
